At Chum Angle, we want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange, refund or give you credit for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn.
We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing for the returned item(s), we are not responsible for return shipping costs. If the item needs to be returned due to a defective issue, please contact us at service@chumangle.com.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we possibly can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.
